Monsieur le Président, je serais très déçu si je demandais à un mécanicien de réparer ma voiture et que ce dernier ne puisse trouver le problème, mais je le serais davantage si, en plus d'être incapable de trouver le problème, le mécanicien défonçait les portières, arrachait la garniture, fêlait le pare-brise et faisait sauter le moteur.
